  • Processing Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on delivery address and product size.

  • Installation Services: If you select installation at checkout, our team will contact you to arrange a convenient date and time (Sydney metro only).

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. For installation-only bookings, confirmation and scheduling details will be sent via email or phone.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us.

  • Change of Mind: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Faulty Products: If your product arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund under Australian Consumer Law.

  • Custom/Installed Items: Products that have been installed or customised may not be eligible for a full refund unless deemed faulty.

Yes, we offer installation services for compatible locks not purchased through our website (Sydney metro area only).

Are your locks compatible with existing doors?
Most of our locks are designed to fit standard Australian doors. If unsure, contact us with a photo or measurement.

How long does installation take?
Most installations are completed within 1–2 hours.

Is there a warranty on your locks?
Yes. All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty (typically 12–24 months). Installation is backed by a 12-month workmanship guarantee.
